Daisyworld DEMO - DaisyOS GB v0.3

独自なシステムによるデイジーワールドのデモです。
This is a demonstration of the Daisyworld by its own system.

デイジーワールドは、ガイア理論のモデル環境です。白と黒の2種類のデイジーにより地表温度が自動調節されます。
The Daisyworld is a model environment for the Gaia theory. The surface temperature is automatically regulated by two types of daisies, black and white.

デイジーには生育適温があります。
白のデイジーは太陽光を反射するため放熱の効果があります。地表温度を下げるため、生育適温より高い温度でも生きやすいです。逆に生育適温より低いと死にやすいです。
黒のデイジーは蓄熱の効果があります。地表温度を上げるため、生育適温より低くても生きやすく、高いと死にやすいです。
これらの振る舞いにより、地表温度がデイジーの生育適温付近へ自動調節されます。
Daisies have an optimum growing temperature.
White daisies reflect sunlight, which helps to dissipate heat. They can survive at temperatures higher than their optimum growing temperatures because they lower the surface temperature of the ground. Conversely, they are more likely to die when temperatures are lower than optimal for growth.
Black daisies have a heat storage effect. It raises the surface temperature, making it easier to live at temperatures lower than optimal for growth, and easier to die at temperatures higher than optimal.
These behaviors automatically adjust the surface temperature to the optimum temperature for daisy growth.

これは基本的に見ているだけのソフトです。ユーザーの操作としては、画面上のデイジーを間引き(消去)と、地表温度を1℃ずつ上げる事と下げる事が行えます。
This is basically just a software program to watch. User operations include thinning (erasing) the daisies on the screen and increasing or decreasing the surface temperature by 1°C.
